- 130 g egg white
- 50 g sukrin
- 1 egg yolk
- 25 g protein powder vanilla
- 15 g almond flour, fat reduced
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 100 g apple in small squares
Whisk egg white with sukrin. Mix the rest together except apples. Mix doug with 1-2 spoons of whisked egg white and apples. Carefully mix with the rest of the egg white.
Pour into 10 muffin containers.
Bake for 20 min at 175 Celsius.
