Raspberry yummy





  • 220 g cannelloni beans (1can).
  • 25 g vanilla protein. 
  • 25 g walnut flour, fat reduced. 
  • 15 g almond flour, fat reduced. 
  • 50 g skyr. 
  • 80 g almond milk. 
  • 1 table spoon sweetener.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder. 
  • 12 g cocoa. 
  • 100 egg white. 
  • 50 g sukrin. 
  • 125 g raspberries cut into smaller pieces. 
Blend the beans. Mix with protein, walnut flour, almond flour, skyr, almond milk, sweetener, baking powder and cocoa. 
Whisk egg white with sukrin. Mix 1-2 spoon with the dough. The carefully mix the rest of the eggwhites with dough and raspberries. 

Bake for 45 min at 175 Celsius. Check with toothpick to see when it is done.
