Lemon truffles


  • 30 g vanilla protein. 
  • 50 g skyr.
  • 20 g rye flakes (or oat). 
  • 25 g almond flour, fat reduced. 
  • 20 g sukrin. 
  • Lemon zest, 1/2 lemon.
  • 8 g chopped dark chocolate (Nellie Dellie). 
Mix everything together. It's quite sticky. Makes 12 truffles.
