- 30 g vanilla protein.
- 50 g skyr.
- 20 g rye flakes (or oat).
- 25 g almond flour, fat reduced.
- 20 g sukrin.
- Lemon zest, 1/2 lemon.
- 8 g chopped dark chocolate (Nellie Dellie).
Mix everything together. It's quite sticky. Makes 12 truffles.
