Protein pancakes


  • 50 g skyr
  • 20 g whey 100 vanilla
  • 10 g core casein vanilla
  • 25 g egg whites
  • 15 g oat flakes
  • 30 g skimmed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Blend everything together.
